Thesaurus S.r.l. sells on behalf of a third party with a regular sales contract. Thesaurus is responsible toward buyers and owners only as agent. The lots are guaranteed authentic.

The prices in the catalogue are indicated in Euro; they're the real prices the bidder will pay without any other fee.

The descriptions of every lot, the rarity and the conservation are shown with a personal valuation; the lot are illustrated also with enlargement. Our operators are available for every explanation and for a exhaustive valuation of the items.

Any claim can be submitted within 15 days by receipt of goods and before Thesaurus proceeded with the payment to the owner.

In case of well-founded claim, the buyer will be refunded of the amount he payed without any further demand.

The orders sent by mail must be payed in advance to be processed; the godds are shipped to buyer's own risk and expense. For credit card payment we suggest rechargeable cards. Any customs fee or issues is at the expense of the buyer.

The items will be reserved for the customer for 5 working days; if the payment will not be received within this term, Thesaurus will proceed to offer the items for sale again.
